This is that copycat artichoke dip, but so much better because there is no mayo. Yum. So, this is my version of that artichoke spinach dip that everyone has. For me, Houston’s is the place that really has the best one. Uh, you know, everyone’s got them. Uh, Trader Joe’s has them for God’s sake. So, this is mine. It’s great. The best part, Sans’s mayo. I [ __ ] hate mayo, so I don’t put it in anything. I don’t even allow it anywhere near me. I will make an aioli if I have to, but that’s a totally different thing. Anyway, I digress. This is super quick and easy and great for any party. You can even throw crab in it if you’re feeling fancy. It’s really delicious.
