This easy Crockpot Beef Stroganoff recipe is the ultimate slow cooker comfort food! Made with tender stew meat, golden mushroom soup, sour cream, and egg noodles, it’s a creamy, hearty classic your whole family will love. Perfect for cozy weeknight dinners or lazy Sundays!

Start with some beef stew meat right down there in the bottom of your crock pot and add in a heap of mushrooms, sliced onion, and a whole can of golden mushroom soup, y’all. Then you’re going to drop in some minced garlic. Add a second handful of mushrooms because why not? And then some black pepper. Say hello to Mr. Hobs, your sue chef and best friend there. He always wants a little bit of biting. Then add some chopped green onions and put it on high for about 4 hours. Then you’re going to add in some cooked egg noodles and then a a big old dollop of sour cream and a a full block of cream cheese. Let that melt in there and stir it up real good afterwards. Take a look at that, y’all. This really is delicious. That creamy beefy goodness. I am telling you right now, if you don’t eat it all, your friends and family
