Today I am showing y’all how to make my easy fresh salsa. It’s so delicious and it comes together super fast. If you have a food processor, it is a breeze to make, but if not all you need is a chopping board and sharp knife. You also can make it as spicy as you want or as smile as you want that’s the best part of making salsa at home. It also has many applications for many different Mexican dishes you wish to make.
I hope you enjoy today’s video.

Hi all. Today I’m showing you my easy fresh salsa. Perfect for the summertime. Ingredients you’ll need. I’ve listed everything here that you will need to make my salsa. Try to make life easy for you. First up, I’m going to finally chop the tomatoes. Now, I’m going to chop them up before I put them into the food processor. You can do this all by hand if you do not have a food processor. I just think it it’s so convenient. I did not want to have to chop up uh half a pound of cherry tomatoes, so that’s why I flung them into the food processor. And this is so delicious. My sister wants me to make uh picod not picoda. She wants me to make um weas rancheros with them with the salsa because she loves ways. So I think we’re going to do that. We’re going to have her over for breakfast and I’m going to make way rancheros with the salsa. So I’m just adding everything to the food processor. You can do it by hand. As I said, you don’t have to use the food processor. It’s just easier. Now I’m going to finely mince a garlic clove. Now, I use my garlic press. You can do it with a knife if you want. And then I just add it to the food processor to make life easier. And I’m going to remove the seeds and de vain a jalapeno. And you want to the veins of the jalapeno are very spicy as well as the seeds. That’s why I do that. I’m also going to now finally chop half of the jalapeno. Now, I first added a quarter, then I went up to a half. So, it’s up to you what you want spice-wise. Now, I’m adding a half a teaspoon of ground cumin. And I’m add juicing two limes. I juiced more than needed because I was also going to make guacamole. So, um you just really need I’m need two tablespoons. That’s all you really need, but I did the juice of two limes. Um just add the two tablespoons of lime juice to the salsa mixture. And now I’m just going to chop a half a cup of fresh cilantro. You don’t put this into the food processor. This goes after you’ve done all the food processing. And now I’m just uh chopping up a half a cup of red onion to go in after I’ve blended everything together. And I just want to make sure everything’s finely chopped. Now I’m just going to blitz everything together. This takes a moment. Goes by. so fast with a food processor. That’s why I love it. And now it’s done. And I’m going to put it into um the serving bowl, the blended salsa. And then I’m going to add the finely chopped onion and cilantro. And I’m going to mix well. And then you’re done. And this is what it looks like. It’s absolutely delicious. You can make many different things with this also.
