Dont think ive ever actually posted anything ive cooked on here. Used my personal seasoning, with some bullseye bbq sauce as my homemade sauce was low (so was my seasoning but i had just enough;)) 2 trimmed racks of baby backs. Dry rubbed and smoked 2.5 hrs at 225, spritzed with cider vinegar and apple juice every 20-30 mins. Wrapped with honey and lil brown sugar and some sauce and put back on for 1.5-2 hours til they felt tender thru the foil. Resauced, and put back on smoker for 30-45 mins for sauce to tack up a bit. They tasted really good and they had that bite u wanted for competition style bbq. My one gripe is i left a sliver of bone from trimming and bit that on my second bite lol. But was great dinner over all!!! What you guys think? I did a pic an hour or so unless they were wrapped. Go easy lol.

Looks great. I’ve been doing less sauce lately, but that last picture makes me want to do a saucy rack.
Appreciate it!
