🧄A go-to simple dressing to toss with greens. Minced garlic mashed with a pinch of sea salt, some lemon juice, & a dash of olive oil. All to taste & proportionate to the amount of greens you’re tossing it with. You can’t really mess it up. Just tong it with the greens well so they are well coated. Eat as is alongside the rest of your lunch or dinner, top with desired toppings, use as a base for warm baked veggies (something I’ve been doing often), or how ever else your heart desires. 🥰

If you’re a big fan of garlic, I’ve got the simplest of salad dressings for you. It’s just garlic cloves, however many you want. I’m doing two for my portion today. And just mince them or cut them really finely if you don’t have a mincer. And then add a pinch of salt. And then kind of form it into a paste with a spoon or fork. My girlfriend taught me that. And then add in a good amount of lemon juice and a little bit of olive oil. It’s all to taste, but you can’t really screw it up. I’m putting it with a big bowl of arugula here. And tongs are where the magic is. If you don’t have tongs, use your hands. But you definitely want to tong really well or mix together with your hands so it’s all coated. I sprinkle with cayenne and pepper as well.
