for the Caesar salad, chop up your lettuce. dressing is everything: mash 2 anchovies, mix with juice from half a lemon, 1 tbsp mustard, 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/4 cup fresh parmesan. toss with the lettuce and more fresh Parmesan and pile it over the crispy chicken.
