    200g Chicken Breast
    100ml Egg Whites
    30g Breadcrumbs
    2 Low Carb Tortilla
    Lettuce
    15g Low Fat Mayo
    Garlic Powder
    Oregano
    Salt

    Instructions

    1️⃣ Slice the chicken breast into strips. Dip each strip into egg whites, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.

    2️⃣ Once coated, season the strips with garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Place them in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
