One picture for reference size of box and one from the top
2/3 of the box contained white plain rice and 1/3 was tofu and veggies. The veggies didn’t seem oily at all, but the tofu was definetly fried…. I couldn’t taste any sauce (I didn’t order any) but I do think the tofu might have been fried in soy sauce?
Would be grateful for any help!
My guesstimate is: 400 for rice+250 for tofu+100 for veg=750, but I don’t know if this is too low or too high?

Looks to be 1 cup rice=200 calories.
But they add oil, likely 1 tbsp = 120 calories.
For the rest you can assume an additional 1-2 tbsp, 1.5 tbsp= 180 calories.
Actual veggies= 1/2 cup? 20-30 calories, let’s say 25.
Tofu about a half cup= 100 calories.
Total: 625 calories.
If you wanna play it real safe: 700-750 (your estimate.)
