Followed it to the letter (except used my own blend of spices) and they really were great. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. I used a Malbec wine, which I think was a little too sweet. Next time, I'm going to use more beef stock, no wine, and add mushrooms for a heartier sauce.
