Parents gave me this from their freezer. No label. Imported from Australia is stamped on the package. Smalls like lamb. Huge big bone running though the middle. About 8 inches long, 6 wide.
What is it and how do I cook it.

    Slow roast lamb leg on a bed of onion garlic and rosemary. Delicious, fall apart meat!
