Just a BLT on thick-cut Pullman bread that's been mayo griddled on both sides, pepper bacon, sliced and seasoned black zebra (I think) tomatoes, butter lettuce, Duke's mayo on one slice of bread and a little Cajun-style remoulade sauce on the other, just for fun. Then an RC Cola to wash it all down!

    Your use of the remoulade makes me wonder what a BLT would be like with a horseradish cream sauce. I bet it would be awesome

    Man, went to make BLTs last night (bought bread, fresh tomatoes and lettuce).

    Turns out the bacon had been in the fridge longer than I thought. Have to do a retry in a few days!
