

Thick cut fillet, didnt do anything special, completely forgot to dry it before searing. Just straight into a hot pain, couple minutes each side, then around 8 minutes on low, turning every minute or so. Once heat was turned down, added knob of butter, chopped garlic and rosemary and basted.
