INGREDIENTS. 1 16-ounce block super firm tofu. 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce. 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast. 1 teaspoon vegan chicken bouillon powder or paste. 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1 cup water. Salt and pepper, to taste

i always forget i can just toss the stupid bean block in the oven and not have to fry it for like 20 minutes trying to get a sear. i neglect my oven a lot, but i realize can streamline a lot of stuff i already make on the pan.
