First time growing Brandywine, Sudduth Strain

This Brandywine tomato is officially my largest tomato ever, at 765g (1.7 lbs), breaking my personal best record set by Black Krim just a few weeks ago.

I ate it in a pair of croissant BLT sandwiches, and to be honest, it's a little too sweet and fruity for this purpose! It's better in tomato mayo sandwiches.

I measured a SG of 1.030, corresponding to a Brix of 7.6%. That means it's tied with Purple Reign Dwarf for the sweetest slicer tomato I've grown, and it's certainly the sweetest one larger than my fist! For comparison, I've measured Black Krim at 1.025 (6.3%), Olive Hill at 1.019 (4.8%), and Sun Gold at 1.042 (10.5%).
