Always loved smash burgers and did it indoor but it smoked up the house and was a pain to clean with the splatter.
Only own a gas grill and have been thinking about getting a blackstone.
I used my cast iron pans and put them on my grill to do them this way and see if it was more sustainable than owning 2 grills right now ( one can never have enough grills…)

Simple is dam good
Looks great! I recently bought a Lodge griddle at Costco for like $25 and it’s been awesome on the grill. I use it inside for a couple things, but it mostly lives outside to convert my grill into a mini Blackstone.
