Tilapia oilless okra soup with eggpl. Welcome to cook with reginina where flavor meets tradition in every pot. Today we are bringing you a wholesome Ghanian classic. Tilapia oilless okra soup with soft stretchy aair. No oil just fresh natural ingredients rich spices and the love of village style cooking. Gather around because we are about to make you leave your taste buds dancing. These are all the ingredients we’ll be using for today’s awak recipe. Oku, green and red habanero peppers, onions, garlic and ginger, natural spices, monony, salt, shrimp seasoning cube, soda powder, jew leaves or adm crabs, beef, tilapia, corn flour and cava dough. With our ingredients set, let’s get straight into the cooking. Tilapia prep. First, we put the tilapia into a bowl, wash it well, remove the gills and fees, and cut into preferred sizes. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] Rinse thoroughly again and transfer into a clean pot. [Music] spice blend. Now into our oven web bowl, we begin grinding garlic and ginger. [Music] Add green habanero pepper. Slice in some onion and keep grinding. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Next in goes the natural African spices. An seed in kitten kitten bay leaf and wyaba for the rich aroma. [Music] Add this spice blend to the tilapia. Sprinkle some salt and shrimp seasoning cube. Touch gently to coat and set it aside to marinate. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Cooking the tilapia. Now, light up your coat pile and place the marinated tilapia on it to begin cooking. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Beef and crab prep. Meanwhile, wash the beef. Place it in a pot with water and set it on fire. [Music] Wash the crabs and add them in. Cover and let it boil beautifully. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Okra and Adamic prep. Wash and slice your okra into your preferred shape. [Music] I don’t have any room between them. Add it. [Music] Check on the tilapia. Give it a gentle stir and cover. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] The beef and crabs are boiling well, so we take them off the fire. [Music] Now let’s cook our okra. Add water to the sliced okra. Slice in some onions. Sprinkle a bit of soda water and leave it to boil. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] While that’s going. Slice the juice leaves or adam and set it aside. [Applause] [Music] Combining the soup. Once the okra begins to boil, we add the beef and crabs to the tilapia pot, tossing gently so the fish doesn’t break. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] Now stir in the juice. Oh yeah. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Since we don’t want it overcooked, we take it off the fire and pour it into the main soup pot. [Music] Add a little water. Stir and drop in the red habanero pepper. [Music] Let it cook for a few minutes and then take it off the fire. A clear preparation. It’s time to prepare our a boil water with a pinch of salt. [Music] In a bowl, mix corn flour with water and set aside. [Music] Also mix cassava dough with water. Save it and reserve the chaff for our chickens.
