    How do you integrate your calories after intensive sport session? For a 800kcal deficit I usually eat 1 portion of fruit, 2 portion of yogurt and 1 portion of breakfast cereals whole grain. Do you think it’s better to have whole grain bread instead? But I love the yogurt with cereals!
