Starting our own Popup Taqueria selling Suadero (see pics below)

I’ve been posting here for a few years now. After years of working on my tacos, I’ve finally worked up the courage to try my hand at selling them with my best friend, whose family originally taught me the basics of Mexican cooking (Puebla specifically).
