You might get negative feedback from pricks who hate seeing even a properly-cooked medium-well steak here… and it’s not how I would usually prefer it… but it looks great! With a good steak cooked like that I may commit some real r/steak blasphemy and eat it with some sort of heavy creamy garlic or horseradish sauce.
