Man. I don’t see these get much love on the sub so i thought I’d share. I’ve been on a Calabrian chili kick and these are so good. Put them on an Italian cold cut and change your life. Spicy and floral with a dose of vinegar. Whip them with butter and top oysters and grill them. Just tasty

Under rated, these have such a great flavor
You can make a copy cat Spicy Rigatoni from Carbone with this, I actually made it first and then had Carbone in Vegas it was pretty close
