CRISPY DILL POTATO SALAD 🥔

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup mayo
– 1/4 cup greek yogurt, plain and unsweetened
– juice of 1 lemon
– 2 teaspoons course ground dill mustard
– 1/4 cup dill
– 3 tablespoons parsley
– 1 cucumber
– 1/2 onion, diced
– 400g tots
– salt and pepper to taste (I used both)

We’re making the viral crispy dill potato salad. You’ll need half a cup of mayonnaise, a4 a cup of Greek yogurt, the juice of one lemon, 2 tsp of mustard. I’m using Dijon coarse ground, about 1/4 a cup of chopped dill, 3 tablespoons chopped parsley. Combine this. And you’ll need one chopped up cucumber, half of an onion, diced, chopped, minced, whatever. M. For the tots, you should be baking the tots while you make the sauce. But for the tots, I put them in the oven just until they were soft. Now I’m going to smash them. Once they’re all smashed, spray them with a little oil and then bake them on high heat about 425 until they’re really crispy. Hm.
