It’s from a local health spot that advertises everything on their menu to be 700 calories or less. I was estimating this to be at least 1k.

NO. EFFING. WAY. ON GODS GREEN EARTH.

I mean…okay if the crust is super low calorie or some secret sauce was used for ranch dressing but that’s AT LEAST 1/2 CUP OF RANCH unless it’s watered down bananas but that’s 500 calories itself?!?!?!

So I am skeptical, probably 500 calories for 1/2?

Seems unlikely, unless that is a very small box?

    Not a chance in hell

Not with all that ranch 😂😂😂

  4. PlasticCraken

The ranch alone looks like 500 calories lmao

  5. Funnyllama20

I’m sure they mean 500 per slice, right? That’s what I would track with all that ranch.

  6. Mammoth_Road5463

Maybe the ranch is Greek yoghurt? Maybe???

  7. Lavendericing

Per slice maybe. It’s no way 1000 calories either.

Thats a small pizza but no chance thats 500 cal, looks like 1200 cals total, man noe that im seeing this I could go for a pizza right about now

  9. Alcoholicia

I would assume it’s 500 a slice? There’s just no way the whole pizza is 500 calories… I’d email the business and ask about this, because it’s really deceptive 😅🥲

must be 500 per serving which i’d assume is 2 slices. 2k for the whole thing sounds believable

  11. Why in God’s name is there *ranch* dressing on a buffalo chicken pizza???!!!

  12. Soggy-Discipline2639

its probably 500 cal for 1-2 pieces

  13. Mindless_Baseball_49

The 500 cal are definitely meant for just the ranch sauce 🤣

    interesting. 128 (protein) + 180 (carbs) + 216 (fat) + ~6 (fiber) = ~530 kcal

500 per slice seems excessive so maybe, maybe the whole thing might really be 530 calories depending on the ingredients

Id say 500 cal for half not the full thing, definitely seems too high even for a 9inch pizza

I would say no way, however there are a lot of tricks that can be used to pretty dramatically reduce calories and if they used all of them… maybe. Like a yogurt based ranch instead of cream, very little cheese, little to no oil, thin airy crust. And if it’s coming from a health food place specifically, they probably played most of the tricks. But I’d still say you’re right to be suspicious. I think if it *tastes* rich like it would from any other place, then something’s off.

the sauce is 500 kcal i fear

  18. GrowthDense2085

Correct. That glossy sauce alone is several hundred kcal.

I don’t think it’s 500 but the ppl on this sub r so dumb. They said it’s from a health spot so there’s a 0% chance it’s regular ranch

  20. lacitcaT

There’s zero chance this is actual ranch if they’re claiming 500 calories, this is powdered seasoning with non fat Greek yogurt and water. I think 500 is a bit low but there isn’t much cheese or sauce on this, very little chicken and what appears to be a thin airy crust.
