Brisket has been my go to lately. I don’t host and generally just bring meat with me.

  2. Shoulder, but lately wings! I flash fry them and then toss in sauce.

Yea pulled pork for the win!
They also work great for camping. I will cook them a few days beforehand, collect the juice and keep it in a jar and freeze the meet. When it comes time to reheat, I do it on a stovetop with the collected juice. Works great!

    Shoulder.

But I’ve been thinking about getting a larger kettle to make bigger batches of wings.

  5. So many people have only ever had pulled pork that’s had all its moisture sucked out under a heat lamp or is drowning in sauce.

It’s easy to impress with a freshly pulled and properly seasoned pork shoulder.

Pork shoulder and pork ribs. Both have been easy crowd pleasers!

Lately it’s been spare ribs. Got a nice big Traeger Ridgeline recently and the fam has been soo about the ribs, even the kids ask for them. Did a pork butt one day tho, pulled it, and threw it in some chile verde. Took that n threw it on some pizzas and they devoured them!

For lots of random people: pork butts
For my close friends/fam: brisket and wings

Santa Maria Tri Tip and Pork Belly Burnt Ends combo is my go to BBQ. I smoke the ends then braise them in a orange juice based bbq sauce…. they are freaking amazing.

Yeah pork shoulder is a good one, easy and cheap. I also will do brats but that takes more time to flip and plate so not as good for a huge get together

I usually end up bringing 0-400 wings and keeping them warm in a crock pot. Also, I have that same silicone bbq tub and I love it.
