Not only no name of the restaurant, there’s not even any Ramen in there…

I think you meant to say 1000 yen, equivalent of about 6 USD, I hope this wasn’t $1000.
But also, if that’s supposed to be ramen-curry katsu combo, it must be regionally unique or something. Doesn’t really SEEM like ramen at a first glance, by the type of noodle. But I understand ramen can be quite unique depending on some regions in Japan.

That’s like $60 in the US.

The only thing I like as much as ramen is katsu curry. This may be the wrong subreddit but I’d eat that everyday if I could.

Man, I miss Okinawa soba! I was there last year and got my fill though. Hit up this awesome spot north of Nago on the south side of Yagaji Island, called 沖縄そばと地魚料理 上原そば. Worth the trip up there, plus the best beaches are up there.
Might not be ramen, but the haters don’t know what they’re missing. Also, Okinawa soba noodles are very similar to a ramen noodle.in fact, I had plenty of thick noodle ramen in Tokyo that was pretty much the same noodle.

$6 in the US just might buy the salad.

None of this looks particularly good either. Sure the price is reasonable but it’s mid as hell. Maybe another sub would be better for this.
