How to make oven roasted cauliflower with parmesan cheese? Well today we’re going to tell you just that ;p

– 1 cauliflower cut into pieces
– 50g of Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 Lemon
– pepper
– salt
– olive oil
[Music] What you’ll need is one head of cauliflower cut up into small pieces, about 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese. Of course, if you like cheese, you can always add more. There isn’t such a thing as too much cheese. If you know, you know. Juice of about half a lemon, some pepper, and some salt. And of course, our trusted bottle of olive oil. Take a large bowl and put your cauliflower in there. Sprinkle it with some olive oil so it covers it all. Season it with some salt and some pepper and give everything a good mix so that everything is coated. I’m just going to add a splash more of olive oil. There you go. Take a baking tray and cover it with baking paper. Dump your cauliflower on there. Make sure to spread it around. That way it will roast and not steam. And now put it in a preheated oven at 220° C for about 20 minutes. Make sure to flip your cauliflower after about 10 minutes. After about 20 minutes, your cauliflower is nearly done. It’s nicely roasted. Now it’s time for the finishing touches. Take your half a lemon and just squeeze some lemon juice all over the cauliflower. After that, sprinkle your parmesan cheese on top. Give everything a good mix so that everything is nicely covered in Parmesan cheese. M smelling amazing already. Put it back in the oven for a minute or two so that the cheese melts. And there you go. Your roasted cauliflower with lemon and Parmesian cheese is done. That’s about it.
