Traditionally, bolognese is made with onions, carrots and celery but this is just a quick version making it great for post workout meals or just a quick dinner. Otherwise, I would add yellow onions, carrots and peas (don’t care for celery in this) but I don’t always have time to let onions simmer for an hour.

Heat 1-2 tbsp EVOO

Add 2 servings (110 g) of beyond beef crumbles (veggie griller crumbles works well too)

Add 33 g of tomato paste

Add 14 g vegan butter

Salt to taste

Add 1/2 cup of water

Let simmer

Add 56 g pasta

    I would omit the oil and just do butter or vice versa since that product has so much oil already but it looks good!

    Are they beef flavoured? Btw beef no longer is beef flavoured so if it wasn’t for the beef extract in beef stock powder, you could just have a more beefy experience than the carnivores
