It honestly depends on what you’re doing with the broccoli. Look, I get Hello Fresh to limit my portion sizes. I like that I get like a single zucchini2

That does seem skimpy. Don’t forget the stem is edible as well. Just chop it up smaller than the soft bits.

This will be a baseline picking error, I work in Wholesale fruit and veg industry (restaurants, schools etc) English broccoli is tiny at the moment due to the dry weather we’ve been having, I bet the pick template says 1 head of broccoli, which is fine when they’re GOOD sized heads but instead, this is what you get…
