Wife never cooks the whole box of pasta so I eventually have to eat noodle remix
She always leaves like 30-50g in each box. Never enough for another full portion but I don't want to throw it away for obvious reasons

I used to make a whole box/bag and now i only do half with a full can/jar of sauce. For 2 people, a whole box is way, way too much and the recommended sauce amount, 1 jar for 1 pound of noodles, is not enough sauce. We dont wanna be eating spaghetti for the next 8 meals

When I was a kid my grandma would buy bags of noodles that were all the reject batches so they would have several pasta shapes in them and make American Goulash with them.

If you like butter noodles I urge you to try it my way , after noodles are cooked hot or leftover get a pan really hot put the butter in the pan melt it down put noodles in ad a little salt and or pepper sizzle it up a few minutes and enjoy

Pasta lasts forever, why not to just, say, use 2/3rd of the box, store the rest, wait till you buy the same shape, then use 1/3rd of the new box and rest of the old box?
