Delicias Luvianos off East Rundberg has a mole rojo special every Saturday, and it’s the best mole rojo I’ve tried in Austin thus far. The chicken is flavorful and fall-off-the-bone tender. The mole has a rich, deep flavor. The rice is well-seasoned and full of flavor. I highly recommend. There is also a mole verde on the menu that’s also really good.
