Nothing crazy, just some simple burgers (80/20 beef), with some salt and pepper. I know, basic as hell but I wanted to get it right for my first time.
Came out pretty juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth is how I'd describe it. Needless to say, I thought it was delicious. And yes I did at least put on some mustard and ketchup, I'm not that lame lol.

Solid. I do prefer mine cooked a bit more, but here in Melbourne, most gourmet burger joints cook them this way.
As for seasoning, salt and pepper really is all you need. I love to keep it simple when making burgs.

I like my steaks medium rare but I’ve realized I just like my burgers cooked all the way through. Any pink throws me off a little for some reason

Ive been making my personal burgers raw/rare for about a decade now. I’d eat this. if you enjoyed your burger this way, try looking up a steak taretare or tiger meat recipes.
