what you need:

1 avocado
1 mango
1 Roma tomato
Red onion
1 lime
Handful Cilantro
Honey

Trader Joe’s organic frozen jasmine rice

Dinner in just 15 minutes. Let me show you how to make it. You’re going to start by patting your salmon fillets dry. Then mix together olive oil, honey, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika and brush that onto your salmon. Then air fry at 400° for 10 minutes. During that time, chop up one avocado, one mango, one Roma tomato, some red onion, and cilantro. Add fresh lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Then give that a good mix. It should look something like this. Now for the rice, we’re keeping it nice and simple with this organic frozen jasmine rice from Trader Joe’s. Microwave this for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Then it’s just time to plate. Add your rice to a bowl. Then add your salmon. And lastly, top off with your mango salsa. Here it is at the end. and enjoy.

  1. Do u, but honey on the fish, mango with the salad😖 far too sweet…big no for me🙃

  2. I threw my microwave away and my air fryer and replaced it with a toaster oven like granny used. Looks delicious.. love the glaze and the salsa. I cook lots of salmon.

  3. It looks good but I don't think I could make this in 15 min. Maybe if you portion out every ingredient beforehand but still. Why do so many recipes online say things like: "simple 15 min recipe" when it takes more time than that? I will still want to make it if it looks good, even if it takes more time. Just be honest 🙁
