Chicken Sandwich Recipe
Step 1:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breasts or thighs – 2 pieces (cut to burger size or pounded)
Buttermilk – ½ cup
Egg – 1
Hot sauce – 1 tbsp (like Tabasco or any)
Salt – ½ tsp

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, hot sauce, and salt.
Add chicken, coat well, and marinate at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for best results).

Step 2: Prepare the Dry Coating (Crispy Batter)

Cornflour – ¼ cup

Chilli powder – ½ tsp

Step 4: Creamy Coleslaw
Ingredients:
Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
Grated carrot – ½ cup
Thinly sliced red onion – ¼ cup
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.Chill until ready to use.

Step 5: Spicy Mayo Sauce
Ingredients:
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Hot sauce – 1 tbsp
Garlic powder– ½ tsp
Paprika – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Salt – a pinch

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.Mix well and keep aside.

Step 6: Assemble the Burger
You’ll need:
Burger buns
Butter – for toasting
Cheese slices

Instructions:
Toast buns with butter.
Spread spicy sauce on both buns.
Add crispy chicken, creamy coleslaw, tomatoo, and cheese.

Close and serve hot.
