$4.89/lb. here at a west suburban Chicago (St. Charles) Costco. It’s choice and I’m gonna lightly trim, rub, get it over a hickory/cherry combo and run it at 235 overnight. Planning Beef & Cheddars in time to check in on the Bears at noon.

    I don’t shop at Costco but it’s about 3.80 a pound here.

High enough I’m exploring chuck roast recipes

I think our Costco price is the same in NC. It’s hard to justify the purchase unless it’s something special, especially since I can usually find pork butts out here for $.99-$1.50/lb.

Earlier this week I had a 9.95 lb. prime brisket delivered by Wild Fork for $54.53.

  5. 3.96/lb right now at my local HEB grocery in San Antonio

We’re not to far from you OP, in West Michigan. Our is the same price. It’s been going up pretty regularly for about a year now 😡

About 17.50/lb in Europe. Not a common cut here and most in imported from Uruguay or Australia. Almost never see US meat cause gov thinks there are too many antibiotics and shit in there.

about $6/lb at costco. That orange cunt said he was going to bring inflation down, he also said groceries was an old fashioned word though.

Was very disappointed with the Costco choice brisket. Was super dry due to insufficient marbling. Would not waste $ again.

  11. We picked up a prime brisket in the Detroit suburbs for $5.50/lb last week. Where we live in Northern Virginia that’s easily $13/lb or more (when you can find it).

Goddamn. I buy it up here in California when it’s 9.99/lb. I’d kill for $4.99/lb
