Don’t be afraid of the hot, smoking pan; that’s how you get a good sear. They’re great for the 1st time 🙂

Understand, you just wanna get that pan and grease/oil looking hot and smoking a bit. Then you just sear for about 30 seconds on each side, you got a decent sear tho 😊

They look like the first time I made them and they were delicious. I made them for a girl for a first date and she loved them. Her name was summer but then I found out that wasn’t her real name but it was her dogs name after I heard her tell a story about her dog and she referenced her dog with her name. Any ways, seafood is number one. It’s the best, and scallops are top 3 seafoods
