First time trying poor man’s burnt ends. Might try smoking them a little longer but so good. My friends and fiancé loved them.

  2. Spam cut into 1 inch cubes. Smoked at 250 for 1 hour with Pit Boss competition blend. Added to aluminum pan mixed with honey bbq sauce and brown sugar. Smoked for another hour and a half.
