Upvoted this because i agreed with the caption in hindsight and thought your food here looked fine then i checked post history and realized what you’re disagreeing with is people saying you need fibre in your diet 😭
This is a crazy response to people looking out for your digestive and overall health. You need to hit your 20-25g of fibre even more diligently when on a deficit as 1200 calories a day makes you already so prone to constipation. I highly doubt a doctor is telling you don’t need any fibre. If you don’t want to take the science based and genuine help people on this sub offer, that’s fine and it’s your own body but don’t get mad at people with more knowledge than you trying to help.
