I’ve owned my KJ for a few years now, but from almost the start, it developed condensation in the dome thermometer. This has never gone away. Whilst it hasn’t troubled me overly because I use a grate level thermometer, it is a bit galling.
Is there any easy way to get rid of The condensation?

If this comes and goes, the seal is compromised. Not good. If it’s always been that way, it was improperly manufactured. Also not good. Just replace it with one of the new fangled electronic dome thermometers.
