This might not be considered volume eating by it’s looks… so idk… but it’s so filling I almost can’t eat the whole thing. If I have it for breakfast i’m full until almost 5!

RECIPE
1/4th cup greek yogurt (i use chobani)
2 tbsp of pb or pb2 (pb2 alters the texture some)
1 scoop protein powder (i used vanilla body fortress)
and 1 tbsp flour or/oat/almond/coconut flour
i like to top it with chocolate chips.
