Simply grilled branzino, also known as Mediterranean sea bass is a delicate and flavorful Mediterranean seafood recipe.
If you have ever been intimidated with grilling a whole fish, don’t be. I’m going to show you how. This is a Mediterranean sea bass, also called Morenzino. And I like to keep it nice and simple. I stuff it with herbs and citrus. I grill it until it’s perfectly cooked through in the middle. And then I open it up. You can see you can remove the spine really easily. And then I just garnish it with a really bright herby olive oil. And that’s it. How good does that look? [Music]
