    I grill with the husk on, then let it sit with the husk on while I grill whatever meat I’m making. The corn retains plenty of heat, enough to melt butter. The key part is it’s 100% easier to husk by grilling it this way. The hairs peel off with the husk. You also don’t get as much char on the kernels.

    Grill the corn until there’s no more green on the husk and most of it is browned.
