    We do these too. Sometimes we add a piece of steak or shrimp to the top of the cream cheese.

    They look great. Smoked poppers and smoked shrimp are a must when I’m doing a pork butt or brisket. There need to be snacks while spending 12-16hrs tending to a smoker

    I’ve always done them stuffed., but damn that bubbly cream cheese looks great. I’m definitely taking this idea.

    We used to play “Popper Roulette”. 1 popper in the batch got all the seeds from the other jalapeños, hidden within the cheese mix. Served them up under a foil tent to avoid cheating. Just grab and eat.
