STOP MAKING CHEWY SQUID!!! DO THIS NEXT TIME YOU MAKE STIR FRIED SQUID!!! IT’S SO SOFT AND YUMMY!!!

INGREDIENTS
-water for boiling
-about 1/2tsp dried basil
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-650g cleaned squid (650g is the weight after cleaning the squid)
-sliced ginger about the size of two thumbs
-1head chopped garlic
-chopped light green part of onion leeks (near towards the roots.. not the roots.. optional but highly suggested)
-2pcs chopped onions
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-1Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
-3Tbsp oyster sauce
-sliced red and green and yellow bell pepper (yellow is optional for color)
-1tsp slurry (1tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1tsp water)
-chopped spring onions (optional)
-choped onion leeks (green middle part.. optional but highly suggested)

  1. Since squid is a nasty tentacled sea worm, I don't make chewy squid. I don’t make squid at all. I eat beef, pork, and chicken as God intended.
