Does any restaurant in NYC sell Oyster Mornay?

I've searched high and low (google, chatgpt, literally going to oyster restaurants and asking) and I cannot find this dish on the menu anywhere.

Can anyone help? Has anyone had Oyster Mornay in Manhattan, and if so, where (and was it good!?).
