Probably the fourth time I’ve made this and it only gets better. So good and makes enough to feed an army.

    Holy moly you are feeding an army!!! I can smell it from MN. Man that’s a great aroma after about hour 8.

    Oh and go to Rick Bayliss’ site and make the habanero sauce for it. Crazy hot but a couple of drops on the meat, sooooo goooood! Even the heat avoiders admitted it was good with it.
