Made this popular nytimes recipe which was deadass simple, just premade potstickers, cooked and tossed with a tomato basil salad with soy garlic chili crisp vinegarette. I had one serving worth which was 5 potstickers and about a cup of the diced tomatoes. It was super tasty and I feel comfortably full! Not too bad for about 350 cals, I'm happy with it.

Did you make the chili crisp vinaigrette yourself? In the ingredients it only says chili crisp

Is that not 2 servings? One serving is 5 dumplings, no?

Unfortunately, I think this has significantly more calories than calculated. Like, 270 more.

On the bright side, it should also have more protein and fiber than calculated, so…there’s that.

ETA: Apparently you did not eat everything in the image, my bad.

Are the potstickers good reheated in the microwave (after fully cooking from frozen/refrigerating?) my main issue is eating in the office and hating reheated food:(
