In a baking dish, pour olive oil, spread the batter evenly, brush more oil on top, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F). Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes, cooked shredded chicken, salt and pepper to taste, black pepper, paprika, curry (I love it!), tomato sauce, and finely chopped parsley. See how the crust is crispy and golden brown? Check out that crispiness! Now just spread some tomato sauce on top, add that delicious, super flavorful chicken, it’s my favorite pizza. Add cream cheese, plenty of mozzarella, broil it until bubbly—look at this pizza! Perfect for anyone avoiding gluten or wheat flour.
