So, I had a taste for a good chicken bacon ranch wrap and made this one with panser chicken, crispy beef bacon, and a creamy ranch dressing. Let’s get into it. So, to start, I needed to refill my homemade ranch dressing. So, that’s what I’m making, but feel free to use any ranch of your choice. After combining all of the ingredients for the ranch dressing, we’re going to mix everything together well, then refrigerate in an airtight container. Now to prep our chicken. In a bowl, we’re going to add in a little bit of oil along with all of our spices for the chicken. Give it a good mix. Then toss in our chicken breast fully coating the spice mix and refrigerate for at least an hour. Now to cook our bacon, we’re going to add a little bit of oil to the skillet. Once the oil is hot, add in our bacon and cook in batches. Cook for a minute or so on each side until brown and crispy. Then remove from the skillet. Once done, drain some of the bacon grease, but leave a couple tablespoons in there. Then add in our chicken breast. We’re going to sear our chicken for about five minutes until brown. Then flip over and cook for another four to five minutes until browned and fully cooked. Lastly, for the best part, let’s assemble our wrap. We’re going to add down some ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, beef bacon, sliced chicken, and some shredded cheddar cheese. Toast our wrap on each side until brown and crispy. To serve and enjoy.
