Fired up the Weber for some Back to School Wings! Some had PitBoss Maple Chipotle rub, with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce mixed with Organic Raw Homey. The others were Kinder Lemon Pepper rub only. Wings were a hit!

Ohhhh you mean summer BREAK is over, because you have kids who went back to school (and/or you are a teacher). I was thinking “summer is no where near over”. Enjoy the wings, and the next couple months of summer. No idea why they like the kids going back to school in peak heat.
I live near Seattle. I always get the existential dread this time of year, knowing that in a few short weeks I’ll be back wearing long pants and hoodies, with 9 months of gray and rain around the corner . I grill and/or smoke meat every weekend in the summer to make up for it

Barbecue season ends on December 31st and starts on January 1st. Summer is just the time where you can sit outside comfortably. 😂
