Looks tasty! Better than anything I did, I couldn’t even make the rolls. I just filled some seaweed with rice and fish like a taco lol

Id say it looks like you did a good job with the rice, just judging visually it looks pretty well cooked/prepared. Make sure you get a sharp knife and a soaked cloth to wipe it in between and you’d do better than many attempts I’ve seen here!
Nori-wise, the rice could be a tiny bit wet still, could also be quality of the nori (thicker/low q one tends to get a bit soggier)

I’ve been getting into the relatable to sushi but not quite of kimbap with my own fillings. It’s been a fun little venture of mine. It’s also worth it for getting practice to get my rolls just right.
