Celebrating National Ravioli Day with Mama Ricotta’s

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) – Fancy some delicious Italian Ravioli? So, do we!

That’s why we invited Chef Tom Dyrness to the QC Kitchen to prepare his delicious Italian Sausage Ravioli for us.

The popular dish is made of Ravioloni, stuffed with Italian sausage, mascarpone and served in a light tomato sauce with Italian butter.

According to Dyrness, another guest favorite is ‘Amma’s Cheese Ravioli,’ a family recipe for cheese ravioli with creamy ricotta, fresh mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Pecorino Romano filling, topped off with either tomato sauce, meat sauce or butter & sage.
